Set on 20 acres, Kangaroo Island Cabins offer self-contained accommodation just 5 minutes’ drive from pelican feeding and penguin watching in Kingscote. All accommodation has a patio, cooking facilities and a flat-screen TV. Kingscote Kangaroo Island Cabins are 12 minutes’ drive from Kingscote Airport. It is 15 minutes’ drive from Emu Bay and 45 minutes’ drive from Seal Bay. Guests enjoy wide open spaces, home to a variety of Australian wildlife. All accommodation offers a dining setting, a refrigerator and a microwave. Some cottages include a stove and an oven. Each cottage has a DVD player, included bed linen and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

“It was a beautiful secluded area where kangaroos would greet me every morning. The cabin was spotless clean, cute and comfy. Everything was there, kitchen, washing mashine, down to even baking paper! Definitely recommend!”

“Excellent kitchen, loved the stove and equipment very clean. Having the table & chairs inside great. Didn't use the washing machine but it was great to have it available. Area was lovely private & quiet.”

My Husband and I live on the property so we are always available if needed. We love the relaxed atmosphere the Cabins provide and love living on the property

Kangaroo Island Cabins has 10 Cabins situated on 20 Acres There is plenty of room to relax at the end of a day of touring Some times we have Wallabies visit in the evening or maybe a family of Kangaroos the occasional Echidna digging for ants. Or just sit on the Veranda and watch a full moon rise or gaze at the thousand's of stars. The Curlew's visit every night and you can hear them softly whistling through out the night and always the birds chirping in the morning, best alarm in the world :)

We are lucky on our property as we can enter off Playford Highway or The Bullock Track. If driving straight through the property you can exit through the Bullock Track, turn right and drive to the end of Bullock track (approx. 900mtr ) then turn left and you have the magnificent views of Bay of Shoals Winery and Reeves Point. You can enjoy a tasting at Bay of Shoals with some Local Tasting Plates or sit and enjoy a wine and the view. Keep driving along the coast and you can park at Reeves Point and sit in a little Bird watching Hut and take in the views or enjoy a peaceful walk
