Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. Lift not working. The disabled / elderly in particular need this information before booking. The lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.
