Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. This apartment is conveniently located only five minutes away from Marketown Shopping Centre, a two-story retail complex with all the essentials you could need. The Bathers Way is a premier coastal walk, which stretches six kilometers across stunning vistas from Merewether Baths all the way to Nobbys Beach. From every step of the walk, you’ll find spectacular views showcasing the golden sands of Newcastle and Nobbys Lighthouse. With the rich history of this area, you’ll be left in awe. Newcastle Foreshore is a park which spans 11 hectares, kissing the border of the harbour, beaches, and culturally significant sites. This reclaimed land offers stunning views of the harbour and is an excellent place to settle down for a relaxing picnic.
