Fuller Holidays presents this well-appointed apartment with a rooftop pool in the heart of town that is perfect for couples or families alike. With the beach at the end of the road and all of the town restaurants and shopping at your doorstep this apartment is perfectly located. The apartment is very spacious and has an open plan living area generous in size opening onto a balcony with an outdoor table and BBQ. A Laundry and additional toilet/powder room also are located on this level. The rooms are light and airy. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a wine fridge makes dining in a treat. Upstairs three large bedrooms feature with the master suite having an enormous bathroom with bath and separate shower.The two other rooms are serviced with a 2nd bathroom with show and toilet. There is a large outdoor roof top swimming pool in the complex with deck chairs for your use and an ideal place for the children to play or just to cool off after the beach. Please inform Fuller Holidays in advance of your expected arrival time. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and it is not guaranteed.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival (60 days for peak dates). On the day of your arrival, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be texted/emailed to you.

A security deposit of $1000 - $3000 AU is required to be paid 30 day prior to your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the

If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.

The agent may enter the property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, repairs/maintenance and drop off household items.

If an inspection is required due to the property terms and conditions being breached or compromised, you agree to allow the agent to enter.

In the event of any renovation or building work carried out near the premises, Fuller Holidays cannot accept responsibility. There is no refund or discount on your tariff should noise occur during your stay. Guests cannot be relocated.

If the guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, guest shall be subject to eviction and forfeit the security bond.

All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33/per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised at all times. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.

If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.

All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions including all guests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.
