This listing is a shared accommodation with my young family which we have little kids. Please consider carefully before booking. I’m working on the weekdays; I am only at home in the mornings or late nights as I do shift works for Government, I am also free on the weekends. My mom usually stays at home, but she can’t speak English. You can use Google Translate to communicate with my mom in case you urgently need help. As a host, we will ensure that you are provided with the best hospitality experience. Please do not hesitate to ask us for assistance when you are staying with us. We ask for mutual respect of each other and do not tolerate guest going against our house rules. Please note that additional guest/visitors are not allowed without permission from the host. Perfect for single/couple travelers/family with young kid or FIFO workers. You will receive multiple access codes and instructions to the premises 24hrs before check-in. Keep it yourself and don’t share with others for safety purpose. Please be considerate to another guest/s. Keep your noise down after 10PM and clean up after yourself in the common areas.

LOCAL TRANSPORT INFORMATION The property is located very close to a lot of main attractions - for example Crown Casino, Optus Stadium, and Ascot Racecourse, Belmont Shopping Centre etc,. However, if you’d like to discover Perth city as well, we recommend using the local public transport system instead of driving.  Buses 940 (to Perth City) stop at Great Eastern Highway and buses 293 (to Belmont Forum) stop at Belgravia St, and you can also catch these buses to Airport Line. You can pay your fare in cash to the driver (NOTE: some buses will not give you change, so please prepare yourself) or purchase a SmartRider at Terminal 1 Perth Airport or other Transperth Outlets. SIGHTSEEING & ATTRACTIONS IN PERTH You are located just 15min away from Perth City where has many well-known tourist attractions - from the Elizabeth Quay to the Bell Tower, and Kings Park & Botanic Gardens to WA Museum Boola Bardip, and Hay Street Mall to London Court- but it also has a surprising variety of hidden gems.  If you want to discover the neighbourhood, we recommend taking a walk along Hardey Park, signing up for a horse racing in Ascot Racecourse, exploring Optus Stadium – the largest LED sports lighting installation in the world or trying your luck at Crown Casino.  LOCAL CAFES, RESTAURANTS &BARS Our favourite restaurant in Belmont is the Cray for seafood as we are Seafood lovers, Canton Lane for Dim sum, The Sporting Globe for Bar and Grill or Paparich for Malaysian etc. However, you might need to book your table first as they are very busy on the weekend. If you’re coffee lovers, don’t forget to try 8 Yolks Belmont Coffee Shop located inside Belmont Library where you can discover Belmont history and enjoy your lovely breakfast. SHOPPING Nearest grocery stores such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi are all located inside Belmont Forum. If shopping is your jam, we recommend checking out the DFO Shopping Centre or Costco Wholesale both located in Perth Airport.
