Park the car and walk everywhere - 200m to the beach, shops, cafes, and playground. A beautiful North facing sunlit open plan living area upstairs enjoys views of the ocean, Marriners lookout, and the green rolling hills of Apollo Bay. Ideal for couples, families, and dogs, with a fully fenced yard and garage.
