Bluegums is a 3 story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home build from Bluestone and Sandstone sourced locally from the demolition of an old bridge in nearby Ballarat. The house is surrounded by blue gums and other native bush and has abundant wildlife including kangaroos in the neighboring olive grove, which graze within meters of the house. The boundaries are well fenced from neighboring properties and provide safety for families with young children. The grounds have been recently re-landscaped with water-friendly native planting sympathetic to the landscape. Lookout in the garden for Henry the 10ft Emu and, little Bertie the Kiwi.

I have been short stay hosting now for a little over 11 years, and my aim is to try and make sure you and your arty have the most relaxing experience you can have while staying at Bluegums. I have a local caretaker who lives nearby, in the event that you have any problems or issues that arise during your stay. Other than that, you will only be disturbed by the occasional passing kangaroo.
