**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

Downstairs: An enormous entry hall. Bedroom one with queen bed, wall mounted TV, modern large ensuite, walk in shower & separate toilet, vanity, a large walk in robe with plenty of storage area. Bedroom two has a queen bed & walk in robe. Bedroom three has a queen bed & single bunk bed & ceiling fan. Large family room with ceiling fan & split system air-conditioning, TV, PlayStation 4 & comfortable sofa bed with expansive glass doors out to the undercover decking & a view of the whole back yard. Main bathroom with bath & large shower. Separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine & access to outside which is meticulously maintained with a lovely side garden, green lawn & third shower/toilet room off the decking for when you return from the beach. Lawn games & beach toys for guest use. Single garage under main roof. Circular driveway with ample parking. Upstairs: At the front is the lounge area with wood fired combustion heater & TV. In the centre of this level is a cosy sitting area with sea views. Timber dining suite with seating for 10 or enjoy the timber deck under the ceiling fan whilst cooking a feast on the bbq. See the playground and reserve next door & keep an eye on the children playing. The kitchen has servery windows that open onto the outdoor deck. There is a TV on the wall off to the side, bar stools at the benchtop, fridge/freezer, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher and bar fridge. Walk-in pantry with a Nespresso coffee machine station, kitchen appliances and microwave. Split System air-conditioning. Large bedroom with queen bed and a ceiling fan. An office with ample desk space with a view. Bathroom, separate toilet, walk in shower room.
