El Zoku Vienna cuenta con 131 lofts: habitaciones privadas tipo apartamento con cama elevada, sala de estar, cocina, baño y mesa grande para 4 personas. El galardonado Zoku Loft es un amplio microapartamento ideal para vivir y trabajar. Está diseñado para invitar a amigos y colegas a su casa, trabajar en múltiples zonas horarias o hacer cualquier trabajo mientras explora la ciudad. Cada loft tiene capacidad para 2 personas, excepto el loft XXL, con capacidad para 4 personas, y está equipado con aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana y conexión gratuita a internet de alta velocidad. Wi-Fi. Incluso puede personalizar su espacio eligiendo su obra de arte favorita para colgar en las paredes para inspirarse durante su estancia. Las ventanas de la azotea ofrecen mucha luz natural y ofrecen vistas únicas al Prater.
