A cozy apartment that's recently built. A few steps away from both Therme Römerbad and Kaiserburg ski lift station. Direct access to a exclusive and beautiful garden plus garage parking.
We are a family with 4 children. We love meeting guests from all over the world and helping them explore our beautiful neighborhood.
We sit across directly from one of the most beautiful hiking amd biking trails/ski slopes the Alps has to offer. We are also close to the lake, as well as nearby cities like Villach and Klagenfurt.
