Excellent views of the ski slopes: Franz Klammer, Kaiserburg, Strohsack and the majestic FIS K70. The Römerbad and St. Kathrein thermal baths are 1 and 2 kms, the free ski bus is 100 m, the free Kaiserburgbahn parking is 2 minutes away. We are in the lovely Nockberge Biospherenpark, the Alpe-Adria Trail is at our doorstep.

Enjoy a relaxing walk to the sound of the creek next to our house and take some pictures of the old watermill down the road having the grand white mountain, Rödresnock in the background. Bad Kleinkirchheim is a four-season resort with absolutely full scale of winter activities. There is also a 18-hole golf course nearby, an exceptional mountain bike flow trail as well as endless hiking, biking , walking paths. We love the snow and ice for all kinds of sports but its liquid state brings similar joy here with springs, creeks, mountainlakes, thermal baths and numerous beaches at three warm bathing lakes, all within 15 mins (Millstatter See, Brennsee, Afritzer See ) offering wide scale of water sport activities.
