We have two apartments in this building Top 1 Standard - 80m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has access to a small terrace. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a bunk bed. The living room has a tiled furnace, sitting area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Top 2 Premium - 130m² luxurious apartment located on the ground floor with a terrace. 2 double bedrooms leading off of the master bedroom is a sofa which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. 2 bathrooms both with shower and bath tub, one has a steam room. There is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a teppanyaki grill. Dining room table has enough room for 6, and leads to a spacious outdoor terrace to enjoy in summer. There is an indoor fireplace in the large living room. You can reach a bus stop within 2 walking minutes. The Hahnenkamm cable car is 750 meters away. Directly from the house you can reach many walking trails into the mountains.

Centrally located, 2 minutes walk to the town center where all the bars, restaurants and shops are. You have hiking trails, mountain biking and ski lifts in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is a few minutes away, you are within walking distance of the ski lifts (Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuhler Horn)
