This completely newly refurbished flat is located in a 1849 listed building, part of a old estate with a large park + mansion in the middle of the city and in the mansion district of Graz. The flat has been tastefully furnished and instantly makes you feel at home. The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. The flat offers a large comfortable 180cm x 200cm bed and extendable sofa with pretty fabrics, warm room colors with impressive tapestry in the bedroom and has a very cozy seating corner in the kitchen. Both room have views of the old villa "Markhof" one of the oldest in Graz with its large garden. The fully equipped newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay and in the new bathroom you will find the washing drying machine combination. The whole flat is furnished with style and is also practical - ideal for students, their visiting parents and friends, couples, families with one child. If requested we can provide you with a baby cot and high chair - you will also be able to use a dedicated parking space.

University Hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse: In just 5 minutes walking distance you will find a lot of pubs and bars catering towards students, vegetarian restaurants and nice little shops. The AirB&B flat is located in the same house as a small bakery/ coffee shop. Public transport (Busroute 31) is only two walking minutes away. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are only 10 minutes, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz are only 15 walking minutes away.
