Well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. The 90m2 flat is situated in a historic building and most of the sights of Innsbruck are reachable by foot. The Hofburg (inner-city), cable car to the mountain, fair hall, Sillpark Shopping Center are nearly next to you. The apartment is really cosy, you can relax in the living room or on the veranda. In one bedroom you will find a brand-new wooden high plateau with beds. In the apartment we have two TV`s with Netflix and Wifi. In the apartment you will find a self-made light bulb concept from a local light artist. The flat has really high ceilings and feels really atmospheric. You will find one big table for 9 persons in the living room and a small table for 3 persons in the kitchen. The two bedrooms are spacey and fit 6 people in beds and 3 people in full-fledged couch beds. The wooden high plateau with beds are perfect for bigger groups and families who want to have a little privacy. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building.

You will live in one of the oldest districts of Innsbruck. Even if we are in the center the neighborhood is really calm. Next to the apartment you will find the famous coffee bar "Brennpunkt" which makes their own coffee. In your street you will also find a little Bar "Plansch Bar" which offers great Longdrinks. Within a 5 Minutes footwalk you reach a shopping centre with a big park, the university and the Hofgarten Park in the inner-city. The apartment is 10 footwalk minutes away from the main station. In the nearby street you will have a lot of buses (R,F,3,5,J) to go with. If you arrive by car you will find plenty of parking spots on the street next to the apartment. In Innsbruck you have to pay everywhere if you want to park a car.
