Instead, use the address Metahofgasse 21, 8020 Graz for check-in when arriving by car, or else head directly for the parking garage (subject to a surcharge) at Traungauergasse 15, 8020 Graz. The reception is open Monday-Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00. On Sunday/bankholidays from 07:00h-12:00h and 17:00h - 22:00h.
