Seva is a line of hotels in different cities of Armenia. Our line has been founded in 2018 in Byurakan. The Yerevan branch has been opened recently, and we have put full efforts to make it as comfortable as possible.

Property info

Seva Apart-Hotel is our branch in Yerevan. It has fully equipped apartments and studios. The most important part is that all the units are equipped with full kitchen and washing machine. So this is an oppurtunity to get full facilities and high class service for budget price.

Neighborhood info

Komitas for most of the people is the best location in Yerevan. It's because it is very close to city center, nearby you have all the best supermarkets, banks and restautants, and it is veru quiet here.
