Hello there, I am Armand and this was the home I grew in. The house was left as it was, with some of our personal items that show the history of it. My Mother was a tailor and her Singer sewing machine is still there, beautiful piece of antique nowadays. Our old tv, with a box attached to it :)) and my old music player, the "cassette tape" :) I am an event planner and have a private company together with my wife, who is an Architect. Kroi'Pistoleve it's a very nice villa with a large garden in front of it. It's a 2 story villa, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. It is nicely furnished with traditional and contemporary furniture. There is a balcony in the second floor where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset and the patio is furnished with sitting area to relax or have a barbeque. Thanks to it's favorable position, you can visit the city Centre by foot. Also the beautifully old castle where there is the archeological museum, one of its best in Albania. The mountain of Skanderbeg is worth the visit with is astonishing views. Rina's airport is just 30minutes drive and Tirana, the capital, 45 minutes. The villa has enough parking area for 3 cars or 2 campers (depending on their size). Kroi'Pistoleve is placed in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There are other family villas around it and just in front of it the "spring water fountain" where the villa takes its name from. There are market close by and coffee shop as well. 18 minutes of walk there is the city Centre and the Old Bazar, 5 more minutes and you will be within the ancient Castle of Kruja and it's beautiful museum. Mountain of Kruja is 25 minutes of drive. On the way up and of course on top of it you can see spectacular views and take great pictures. There is an ancient, holy mosque in there as well, if you like to visit, and plenty of restaurants with local bio food. Kruja is worth visiting by foot, but if you take your car, I strongly advice to park in the under ground parking and then move by foot. Everything is very close by, the landmarks, the restaurants, you will love it :) If you like hiking, the mountain road is very good and safe to hike, just bring water and other supplements with you, since there are very few service stations till the top.
