We are an Albanian-American married couple and have two children. We have lived in four different countries together and have been living in Albania for the last five years. Amy is from Chicago and can give a real perspective on what it is like to be a foreigner in Albania. (The view from our villa was the selling point to move here)! She is now an English teacher and tourist guide. I was born and raised here, in Saranda, Albania and I can give my perspective on how it was to be raised here during communist and controversial times. Our family has a passion for SCUBA diving and camping. We love to learn about different cultures , traditions and basically everything else! Leo has a lot of experience and education in management, hospitality and tourism. Our 3 floor Villa is unique in scenery and perfect to enjoy our home made wine accompanied with traditional snacks while watching the sun set! One closed parking is available, a small yard and seasonal fruits are grown around the villa. Furthermore, groceries store are 0.1 km away, city center 0.8 km, closest beach 0.6 km away and main activities are held in the boulevard which is 0.5 km away. Last but not least, In this house you will be treated as a guest, as a friend and as a member of the family! Welcome Home!

Saranda is a very important tourist location for Albania. The scenery is lively with plenty of ocean-side bars and clubs, yet you can also find refinement in the many restaurants which abound with local produce and freshly-caught seafood. Overall, Saranda is a great location for summer travelers who want a good deal without having to compromise cleanliness or good food. Whether you want to relax on the beach and swim to one of the islands in Ksamil, visit ancient archaeological sites like Butrint, or perhaps just enjoy a nice meal or drink next to the glistening Ionian sea, you will likely find yourself charmed by this unique location. Furthermore, Rruga Gjergj Arianiti is also known as the Fifth Street or as locals say Rruga e Peste(5). We are located on the "sea view side" somewhere in the middle of the Fifth Street or Gjergj Arianiti Street. Bar Kafe Tavern Leo is what you are looking for, next to Bar Kafe View next to Hotel Olimpia. One of these signs should be visible and confirm that you have arrived to your destination. In the Fifth Street free parking is available on the "mountain view side".
