Welcome to our Cozy, Centrally-placed yet Peaceful home in Al Ain. Wake up to the soothing sounds of Azaan, walk to the newest Al Jimi Mall, do daily groceries in nearby supermarkets, catch up on your favorite series on Netflix TV (premium account). To provide additional security to the guests, the hallway behind the entrance door is CCTV-monitored. Use the High-speed internet connection to Work from Home. Use the free parking and drive around to Jabel Hafeet. Every amenity starting from malls to laundry to food to medical is a 5-10 minute walk.

It's a peaceful neighborhood with free open/shed parking and all necessary amenities within a 3 minute walk from home.
