We stayed at Lazy Cat for one night before we started the Ha Giang loop. Duy, the owner, is a super friendly host and provided everything we needed and more. We also booked the Ha Giang loop Tour with Easy Riders via him (2 nights, 3 days) which was the best decision. We booked it via WhatsApp before we got to the Homestay. It was only the two of us which gave us the opportunity to choose freely what we want to do on the loop. Even though it was rainy and foggy during the loop, we had an amazing time. The drivers were super nice, funny and friendly and the accommodation chosen by Duy on the loop were amazing. We were able to store our luggage at Lazy Cat for free during the time and when we came back, we were able to have a shower and chill around until our bus came to pick us up. We would definitely recommend this place and the tour and would love to come back one day. Duy is a real care-taker and wants everyone to have a nice experience. Thank you again! ❤️

Felila Hostel & Tours tiene bicis gratuitas, jardín, un salón compartido y restaurante en Ha Giang. Clean, quiet and comfy. Just perfect place to stay with super friendly staff. Air condition, wifi, everything worked perfect. Booked it few times. Not too crowded and little far from the town, but for me it was an advantage.

Situado en Ha Giang, Odyssey Hostel, Tours & Motorbikes Rental cuenta con una alberca al aire libre, jardín y terraza. Really nice accomodation. On a quiet side street at the start of town not too far from where the buses pull in. Ha Giang is not a pretty town by any means so it was good to be on a small street. I had a large room on the third floor (no lift/elevator) that was a hotel quality room with a big en-suite bathroom. Very clean. There were some new-looking doubles w. en-suite on the forth floor but they were full. Other rooms had shared bathrooms but they looked good from what I saw. A nice common area, a pool table and a small swimming pool. Very social place where people are happy to tell you about their experiences on the Loop so very good for getting information before setting off. I had travelled from Hanoi on a bike and didn't rent from Odyssey but the staff were still happy to offer me advice, give me a map, explain routes and sights and were so helpful. Their semi-automatic bikes looked brand new. They give lessons on the street to novice riders and offer easy rider and go-it alone tours. I stayed 2 nights and in the late afternoon people were coming back from tours of the loop, getting their bags and were able to have a shower and change of clothes and a meal before getting the night bus. Very impressive. Good breakfast selection too including granola/yoghurt/fruit which was welcome after too many other places that only offer pancakes or omelettes, (both of which are usually like frizbees). Very professionally run with staff that can speak English really well. I think they had a French speaker too. Thoroughly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, the owner were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with local tips and a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. I especially loved the common area—it’s perfect for meeting fellow travelers or just relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to major attractions, great cafes, and public transport. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was friendly and laid-back. Highly recommend for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay!

NoMadders Ha Giang cuenta con una alberca al aire libre, jardín, un salón compartido y terraza en Ha Giang. Such a well designed space for hanging out with other guests or Ross himself! We loved our wee bungalow so much and the bed was dead comfy. The whole property was spotless and very relaxing, plus the food was incredibly tasty. Ross was so helpful with giving us directions and advice and even took us on a very fun side mission through what he claimed was a road, but looked more like a mud bath. We’re so thankful to have ended our northern trip with such a lovely stay!

We stayed for one night, but everything was great. Excellent value for money, very nice host, great location in the center, but just aroun the corner so it is calm. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
