Everything perfect about this property. Suzee at the front desk were very helpful and so kind. I changed my plan and left one day before to go to Koh Lanta and she refund me the price of the room. She also booked my trip to Koh Lanta for me. Concerning the dormitory it is like the pictures, very nice, comfortable and very clean. You even have a little window in your box and this is very appreciate. This place is new and I recommend it !

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

Brightstar Hostel está situado en Islas Phi Phi, a 5 minutos a pie de Loh Dalum Beach, y cuenta con habitaciones climatizadas. Las habitaciones están equipadas con balcón. El lugar es chiquito pero super acogedor. La chica de la recepción nos ayudó varias veces asesorándonos sobre que hacer, transfers entre islas e incluso nos buscó una habitación en otro lugar cerca porque queríamos extender. Cuando sacamos la reserva decía que no tenia desayuno pero todas las mañanas y tardes hay café, te, galletitas , fruta y tostada a disposición. Además nos dieron toallas.

I stayed five nights here, when I only planned on doing two or three. The hostel is very nice with everything you really need, including free breakfast, showers and bathrooms, and a great outdoor area with strong WiFi. What shocked me about this hostel was the fact that they have room service every day. Each day while you’re out doing stuff, they change your sheets and give you a fresh towel. Amazing. On top of this, the ladies who run it are extremely friendly and just want you to have a good experience on the island. Anybody complaining expected more than what they booked. This is a simple hostel, not the Ritz Carlton. You get what you pay for. But in this case, they went above and beyond. Thanks Sweed Dee!
