The manager Lanier, was way beyond helpful, becoming our friend and advisor. Always asking if he could make us more comfortable. The place is kept super clean! . Easy walk to Las Penitas if you need to mingle with a lot of tourists.

Had a really good stay in the dorm, which has 4 beds , it’s clean and comfortable with personal fan bych each bed. Shared bathroom and shower was very clean so was the whole hostel. Kitchen is well equipped and you can refill your water there. The location is right where the bus stops, a few minutes walk to the beach, nice and quiet at night. You can buy some drinks like juice and beer for very good prices there and there’s a couple of shops very close to the place. Patrick , who is the owner is kind and very hospitable, we shared good chats and I can only recommend this place for a really nice stay in Penitas.

At the hostel, all rooms have a wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. All guest rooms at Casa Riverstone feature air conditioning and a desk. The location was great, very centric. The place itself is charming, has a very homely vibe with the pool, the fountain and lounge area with a hammock and coffee tables. The room was spacious, clean, and had A/C. The bed was comfortable and big. The staff were very attentive. They cook breakfast for you every morning with a nice cup of coffee, and you just feel like you're staying at a relative's home. We were an LGBT couple travelling and we felt very welcome. It was very quiet and it was great to rest for a few days while enjoying the city of Leon. We paid about 45$ per night in a double room with AC including the 17% tax (we had not picked this up from the Booking breakdown and it was an unpleasant surprise), which I think is still good value.

We had a double en-suite which was very comfortable and clean. The staff and owners are really friendly and very helpful. We loved their German Shepherd he was very friendly.
