We also stand out the good mattresses, the silence and the cleanliness. We had a profound sleep. * The shared kitchen is a 5-star plus, it is well equipped (microwave, fridge, stove, basic cutlery...) and very convenient if you want to prepare some food on your own. * The atmosphere around the place is great / on the ground floor they share the space with a restaurant that has good vibes. * Super high value for money, considering the high accommodation prices in the Como lake area / very suitable place to be based to explore the area.

We arrived around midnight, and they arranged a self check-in for us, which worked perfectly and then left the place in the morning and self checked out. The room was clean, comfortable and enough for one night stay.
