From the get-go, you’re given information about where to eat, how to navigate the city, where to buy essentials and so on. The internet works well and the beds are well maintained. I am returning again for the rest of my remaining days in Tbilisi :)

The location was convenient and well-connected, making it easy for us to explore the area. Given the high summer temperatures, we were especially grateful for the air conditioning — it made a big difference in keeping us comfortable. Wonderful homely feel in brilliant location close to everything. Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.
