The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful and paid attention in details. That was very impressive. The room was so nice, clean, comfortable, and the food was so delicious. The location is in Nubian village which is surrounded by colorful painting houses next to the Nile river. It is very pretty. Highly recommended!

The host is extremely friendly and kind to help you navigate the local tourist spots and is willing to help you arrange your tours. The house is clean and comfortable and very well located close the city centre. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone traveling on a budget.

Nubian Hights guesthouse está ubicado en Ash Shallāl, a 19 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan y a 4,3 km de Nubian Museum. El alojamiento ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño privado. It’s a beautiful place, build by a retired mother that worked as a teacher and now wants to leave a bussiness for her two dauthers. You can see the love on the place and wanting to do stuff as good as possible. They have little semiapartments with shared half kitchens (not stove but fridge, a sink, glasses and plates), the room I stayed had a balcony with beautiful views to the nile river, had airconditioning but also a fan, so you can chose. The shower has a heater, and though it has an interesting design just in the middle of the toilet, it works and is very good. The owner incredibly nice, very nice person to talk with. Her dauther is the only one doing Bird watching tours in Aswan (even being featured on the Lonely planet).

Possibly the best hostel in Egypt. The unbeatable view of the Nile from the terrace. Host was great and he can arrange everything for your needs. Situated deep in a Nubian village, you get to experience local environments. A bit of a walk to get to the boat crossings and restaurants, but that’s fine for young chaps. Great community spirits.

I usually travel a lot and I've been staying in hotels lately, but I decided to give a hostel a try in Aswan and spent a wonderful time! I wish I would have stayed longer because the city is lovely! The recepcionist Jimmy was super nice and helpful. The place is super clean and has relaxing vibes and it is located in the 4th floor in a building inside the Old Market. I would definitely go back!

De todas formas eran muy ricos y a un buen precio, también cenamos en el hospedaje. Nuestra habitación estaba ocupada y nos dieron otra habitación por el mismo precio. La zona es muy tranquila, el hospedaje es muy auténtico.
