They stored our luggages for free during the 5 days Torres del Paine trekking. As we were leaving early after our first night, they made us a breakfast box to take with us that morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the efficiency and ease of the practical side was so appreciated,

They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.
