I had a wonderful stay at Good Day Backpacker. The owners are absolutely lovely, and so are their daughters. I was offered some delicious tea several times, which I really appreciated. My room was simple but had everything I needed. It was located upstairs, with access to a shared balcony that had a table, perfect for working online while being surrounded by nature. It was peaceful and quiet, just the way I like it. The location is also ideal: only a 15-minute walk from Lakeside, but far enough to feel like you’re in the countryside. It was just perfect for me. The owners are also working on opening a café, so soon you’ll be able to enjoy breakfast and coffee there — such a great idea! :)

Everything the staff were amazing and if you need anything just ask and they will provide, awesome place for tourists who want to kick back and enjoy or backpackers to chill out after a long hike, no matter the occasion I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

Very laid back atmosphere. Nice room, beds are comfortable and there is hot water. Staff very approachable and friendly. Overal a very relaxed vibe (especially compared to more social hostels), with enough space to chill. And... Sunsets are great from the roof.

The owner was the nicest and most honest guy. He helped me with everything before my trek and also accomodated me before, kept my luggage safe during the trek and had rooms after my stay. The view from the top floor is also a great view over Pokhara Lakeside. And best of all, its cheaap

This hostel has by far the best location in Pokhara and social areas. Located right in the heart of pokhara next to the lake. You are very close to all the bars and restaurants but not disturbed by the noise of the busy road as the hostel is down a side street. The rooftop bar is so inviting. Really easy to meet others . It's The only hostel I found that has a pool table and a projector for movie nights and an amazing sound system.. There is a real family vibe at this place and all the staff are so sweet and kind.     Nice chilled out hostel with friendly staff. Large common room with places to sit, books to read and a TV sometimes showing sport. Rooms were comfortable. Water refills are available, you can book buses and tours at reception and there is a 'free stuff' area which is always handy for backpackers on a budget. Laundry is 150r per kg for 24 hour turnaround or 250r for six hours.

    Kiwi backpackers is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. Location is great, very central, staff are super helpful and lovely, rooms are clean comfortable and well appointed. I had a private room and it was excellent. General vibe is friendly with lots of opportunities to meet like minded travellers. Special mention to the lovely Maya and Susma.

    Best hostel I stayed in Pokhara, and I tried a few. Very spacious and clean rooms. Super comfortable beds. The owners are always so kind. Great location right in the centre of lakeside Pokhara, the street itself is more quiet which is great since there is not much noise at night. Showers might take a few min before getting warm but there is hot water, which is nice. It was not busy when I stayed there, I had the whole dorm to myself. Ended up staying way longer than planned, because I felt so at home here!

    Pokhara backpackers ❤️ This is a amazing hostel ! The breakfast was delicious, they also have great common area for meeting people, location with lakeside view❤️, beds were super comfy with clean rooms and what not …everything was jus perfect. Special thanks to the host and the staff for such a welcoming environment. Would recommend to everyone coming to Pokhara🫶
