it’s absolutely gorgeous and located in the jungle at the base of volcan maderas. the owners and staff are beautiful and so helpful and will organise any tours for you or help you with anything you need. Everything was amazing. The place is so magical, right in the jungle. The food is super healthy and delicious. This hostel is a perfect place to heal yourself and discover more about yourself. You can join so many interesting workshops every day, join a yoga class every day.. My heart just fell for this place :)

I got here by accident, after being traumatised by seeing a scorpion in the bed of another place I was about to check in prior. Super happy I got to this place, it deserves 10 ++! The dorm for 25 dollars was an absolute amazing experience, you could hear the waves, it felt like you were on a cruiseship! Dorm is spacious and very comfortable.the bunk beds were designed in a very practical way that gives you a lot of comfort.you have dedicated space and locker in the bed itself for extra stuff to put in there. The room is big, airy, high ceilings, lots of natural light. The building is made of concrete walls and windows, which prevents scorpions from coming in like the wooden houses would. Not sure if the shower had hot water or I didn't know how to turn it on. There are events every night. People at the restaurant and reception very friendly and polite.I wish they had more Nicaraguan food and less international mixes, but you can always go find places to eat outside. At night it is pitch dark on the road, so make sure you are accompanied/have a flash on you.

The owners Daniela & Tony went above and beyond for their guests to make sure we were all comfortable and had everything for our stay. Beds in the dorm were comfortable, bathroom was clean, everyone had a fan, drinking water provided, hammocks, a delicious affordable breakfast was also an option which I highly recommend! The location was close to the ferry port, it was very easy to explore other parts of the island by renting a scooter.

Beautiful hostel, friendly and helpfull staff, all well organized, clean rooms, comfy bed, high speed internet and fantastic food. Bar with biggest selection of beers I saw in Nicaragua. What more could one want?

Lovely place to stay. Highly recommend. Rooms clean and well equipped. Family run hostel and they were very welcoming and helpful. Small restaurant on site with really good food and coffee for a good price. Central location and only 10 min walk from the port.
