Great place to stay!!! The accommodation was adequate and the manager and staff were always very friendly and helpful.. It is close to the "Little Mount" metro. A small coffee/tea shop near there served the best Special tea. It was a 15 minute walk to the Saidapet Market, to get fresh fruit and vegetables. The hostel supplied breakfast/lunch/dinner at a very low rate and it was good if you wanted a lazy day hanging out. The other guests there were all very friendly and so the hostel had a good vibe. I thoroughly recommend as a place to stay in Chennai for part of your adventures. The accommodation was adequate and the manager and staff were always very friendly and helpful.. Had everything I needed for a wonderful stay in Chennai (the kitchen was a really great convenience as well). The location was ideal with many food options around and the metro so close. What made the stay above and beyond though were the hosts, Raj and Kumar. They were so helpful, kind, and great to talk with. Overall, highly recommend!

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
