I cannot express in words how good everything was. Staff is very warm, friendly, kind and reactive: any problem is fixed in the following hour. The owner of the place is incredible respectful and invested in his guests' well-being, and it shows. Absolutely the best place to stay in Tbilisi! Starting with a super contact with staff (Brendon is a STAR!), through the amazing stay to the "have a great trip" vibes when we were leaving. super comfortable beds, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen to very useful tips where to go and what to visit. Next time when we'll be in Tbilisi we're not going even to bother with looking for other places!

VERY comfortable beds. As well as the mattresses being super comfy, the frames of the beds were very sturdy - a rare find in hostels. The receptionist lady was very sweet and attentive. Nice lounge area where people were sat around chatting (separated from the rooms, so not disturbing those who were sleeping).

I definitely recommend this place for travellers in Tbilisi. Mostly I like the bed, because after a day full of adventure outside of the city all you need is sleep. Soft, warm, quit. The curtain on the pod is also very convenient. The place next to Rusateveli subway station, 15 min. And also next to famous khinkali family restaurant and tasty family Wok place. Yammy! And the place is very clean, and just for 16 people at the most. I think I would stay here again. Good luck in business!

Wonderful homely feel in brilliant location close to everything. Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.
