We were impressed by the friendly vibe of Next House - it's a hostel with a real difference! The facilities were exceptionally good The bed "modules" were fun & quirky - our daughter was most excited to have a "cubby house" in the room The location is excellent - bus at door, trains/ Tivoli Gardens a short stroll away Would certainly stay again

Oct 24-28, private room (shared bathroom) Great Location 10/10: beside restaurants of Nyhavn / literally located in Nyhavn. A lot of major tourist sites just walking distance, like Amalienborg Palace & Frederikskirke Church (10 minute walk) Christiania (just cross the bridge) Our Saviour’s Church & Christianborg Palace (all just a 15 minute walk). 10 min walk to closest Metro station which is Kongens Nytorv. WiFi 10/10: super strong wifi signal, 250-300 mbps Comfort 9/10: Nice bed with blanket / comforter. Facilities 9/10: all okey. There’s a restaurant downstairs which is also the reception of the hostel. Shower, toilet and sink at the shared bath room area are all enough and okey. Host 10/10: responsive in booking . Com chat. Hostel staff receptionists are warm and very kind. Cleanliness 9/10: room, bathroom, WC, are all clean. Value for money 10/10: worth it with its location and comfortable room

My third stay. Home away from home in Copenhagen. Forgot my jacket with wallet and glasses next door morning before flying out so couldn’t pick them up. They now have and promised to send them to me.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Great location and easily accessible. Double pods were comfy and modern with lights, extraction fan and PowerPoints. Pin pad access was hit and miss but got there in the end. Great value for money in a city with limited hostels on offer when you’re on a budget.

Kind staff well oriented to help and fix problems. The outlet in my bed didn't work and they inmediately changed me to another room before the check in. It was a better accomodation without extra charge. Good service. Really comfortable bed, good wifi conection, clean room, capsules with code which give you privacy and so safe to keep your belogings inside. Better location imposible, just in the Nyhavn. And all this for a cheap price. It exceeded my expectations, I would be glad to come back to this hostel

Great combo of hotel & hostel. My solo room was bright, clean, and comfortable, though small. Lots of social space--games, pub, outdoor seating, events, buffet breakfast with good variety. Can mingle or be alone comfortably. Staff very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great location--just two blocks from Kongens Nytorv & very close to many historic sites! Felt very safe. I'll stay here again!

Rooms were really clean, small but good organized. I really liked how they put four people who had the same check in and check out date. Other than that the kitchen is very cheap to use, with a lot of options. I can easily say it was the best hostel I have ever stayed.

Copenhagen is expensive, and this is a really good budget option. I had a private room with shared bathroom and was very pleased all round. The Hostel is busy with a seemingly non stop bar and warnings about it being a noisy place. I wasn't disturbed at all up on the 4th floor. My room was quite quirky with a train carriage theme - 2 bunk beds and a very comfy double. Shared bathroom directly across the corridor, which was very convenient. And a great location for exploring the city.
