I sustained a sports injury while staying at Rango. I needed to extend my stay, but there was a misunderstanding with my request, resulting in my being told I needed to check out. After explaining the situation, and my limited mobility from the injury, staf went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I genuinely felt as though my comfort and peace of mind was their concern. So, thank you, Sebastien, Santiago, David and the rest of the crew, including the cleaning staff who did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy, beds made, and the coffee always hot. Big fan of your work.

I stayed in a shared room, and my bed has amazing view for the lake. The place overall is cozy and clean, with good Wi-Fi. The whole area is very beautiful, very green, with a lot or palm trees and blossoming bushes, far from crowds, very calm. The most amazing is a heated pool, and variety of water activities. I’ll definitely come back. And it’s highly recommended for those who value spending time in nature.

The place is epic. It has all possible amenities - restaurants, rooftop bar, swimming pool, cafeteria and so on. They meet us with a voucher for a welcome drink. Everything is new and stylish. I was super pleased! At the reception, they even lend us a metro card.

I loved how CLEAN this hostel is. Krese (the front desk staff) was amazing and SO helpful! I loved the breakfast, I love the rooms and how each room is cleaned daily. They provide blankets, towels, 2 pillows and a decorative pillow. I LOVE LOVE THIS HOSTEL!
