The room was spacious, bed comfortable, the private bathroom was good and the view from our window on the 4th floor was lovely. The staff present at reception were friendly and gave the place a nice, well organised atmosphere. And at breakfast provided we had adequate food in a nice space and a staff person attending to help. We had to make our beds with sheets provided and hire towels but that was no issue, helping to provide accommodation at lower cost. There was good space provided for bags and clothing in the room with an option to lock several compartments for added security. The key card access worked well and the front door was open while reception staff attended until 11 pm. We had no fridge or kettle or cups in the room but these were available to use on the ground floor with lift to access.

I was a little scared to book at first because of how the pictures looked, but it was actually amazing. The rooms were huge and bright! The decor was so unique and interesting to look at. it also felt really clean and it wasn’t so small you’re always looking at the other person!

There was bicycle storage, the reception was excellent, the visitor kitchen was nice but could use a water boiler. My stay was excellent.
