The place is amazing, with so many areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with many bathrooms and showers in the corridors, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

I loved everything about this place, its well located, very clean and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and kind. Coming off a several day boat trip, it truly felt like paradise! My room was very cozy, well decorated and clean with a beautiful view of the inner court.

Refurbished in May, 2018, Mad Monkey Village featuresa TV, a kitchen, bathrooms with air-conditioners in every room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi provided.

I recently stayed at Mad Monkey Village and I had a good time there! They have free breakfast that includes fresh pancakes every morning, that's a huge plus. On Monday there is also a free BBQ. What I also liked was the travel desk directly in the hostel, where you can get some good deals. The hostel in general is clean and tidy. It's a really social place and the perfect, if you want to meet new people.

the location is great. art gallery, woolworths, night market... all in walking distance. And they even provide shower gel in bathroom. Kitchen is clean. Hooks in the room for you to hang your coat.

Ideally located in the scenic and quieter area of the Esplanade- away from the noise of the clubs, bars and traffic- but only an easy 10 minute walk to the main attractions, the Pier and Cairns City...

The deluxe apartment was excellent, perfect for a 3 night stay for a family of 4. Good value for Cairns.

I had a (self-inflicted) problem on arrival, and the level of hospitality of the staff to sort this out was overwhelming. Thanks! Everything else was fine. The room was excellent (cleanliness, temperature, comfort). The outdoor dining area and the food were great. I had several meals, and spent a lot of time there. The area is nicely set up to meet fellow travellers. The frequent shuttle bus into the town Centre is great, and I used it multiple times. I can thoroughly recommend the Summer House.

Guests enjoy FREE WIFI, NEW Air Cons, FREE Lockers, FREE Netflix available in common lounge area & private ensuite rooms with an on-site bar and restaurant downstairs!

Jack's is fantastic! The outdoor terrace is an awesome place to hang out and meet other travelers. Highly recommend if you're young and sociable!

YHA Cairns Central is located just 15 minutes' walk from The Esplanade and Trinity Wharf. It features an outdoor swimming pool, 2 spas, and a free Wi-Fi hotspot.

Clean, comfortable and relatively soundproof private room with good A/C - it was perfect for our one night stay before getting a campervan :) bathrooms were also clean and had great wifi :)
