The breakfasts to order was delicious, filling and with the omelette and cheese omelette made to perfection.

The small boutique house is just that: a tastefully decorated and very comfortable place to spend time in Sukhothai. We also enjoyed the location. Joum was always available to provide advice about visiting Sukhothai, and she has a well-prepared information booklet for her guests. Location is nice and you get to hire their bikes to cycle around those ancient ruins. we'll done, thank you

The sweetest lady runs the guesthouse, she was always around if we needed anything and woke us up in the mornings with a lovely home-cooked breakfast! Exceptionally kind lady. Rented us bicycles to explore the historical park. Comfy, clean room, good a/c Well located for night market and practically next door to the historical park. Great value for money!

We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality.
