Amazing stay in all of my thailand trip, great room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. super efficient staff, the lady quickly washed my clothes and dry them in 2 hours and for a good price. Location is nice and you get to hire their bikes to cycle around those ancient ruins. we'll done, thank you

The sweetest lady runs this guesthouse. I stayed for two days and she gave me something to eat both mornings. She also gave me advice on where to go and what to see, and she has the bus schedules written up on the wall. She was ready to help in every way. As a solo traveler, kindness and care like this makes a world of difference. The room was clean, comfortable, had all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer, and socket extensions on both sides of the bed (which I've found is not common in most guesthouses and that can be quite annoying). Amazing location, the historical park is just a few minutes away.

En general es un sitio mas alejado y tranquilo que el resto de hoteles pero muy bien situado respecto de la zona arqueológica. La atención fue excelente. Estancia muy recomendable

Ubicado a 12 minutos a pie de Parque histórico Sukhothai, M-Plus Homestay Sukhothai ofrece bicicletas gratis, un jardín y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, terraza y wifi gratis. Great location. Nature surrounding it. There’s 2 huge land turtles on the property. Host were very nice, speak good English. They have bikes to rent. Very close to the main historic and Wat area, and market.

We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.

Excellent, clean, family mini-hotel in the private sector, 10 minutes walk from the historical park of Sukhothai. Within 10 minutes walk there are also 7/11 shops and cafes for lunch and dinner. After 18.00 there is a small local night market with food.

Kan Ae and Pong and their son really care about their guests and it shows: they serve an amazing breakfast spread, they have comfortable, very clean and charming rooms and they check what your plans are each day in case they can make suggestions or help out. When I arrived Pong checked to see if I needed to be picked up. Because I had no transport he dropped me into the town to get food and picked me up and the next day he dropped me at the bike hire place so I could rent a bike. That is not the extent of it either. It was truly lovely to be hosted by people so caring who were sincere about me having a good stay. I also loved their little touches and taste in design and music. So lovely to be around people with passion who love to share it, and to be in rooms that someone has decorated with heart
