It's not because of the facilities but mostly because of the people that greet you and make you feel you're very welcome. We had great meals in the Tagbalayon restaurants. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The service we got was super efficient. We rented a motorbike, snorkel and pick-up services directly with the hotel and everything worked like a charm. Fair prices and excellent service.

Good location near San Juan easy access along the perimeter road just hail down a trike taxi. I hired a scooter for a couple of days from the owners which was hassle free. She does everything to make her guests feel as comfortable as possible. Everything was there in the house, even a refrigerator, crockery and a mosquito net. We couldn't have wished for a better stay than with her

Once you have a scooter, the location is perfect for getting to the beaches, restaurants & cafes. Ester is a super friendly and helpful host. You can tell that lots of consideration has gone into the room, making it functional and homely with lovely decoration and lighting. Garden is incredible. Always appreciate having refillable water on site too. We’d definitely stay here again if we return!
