Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Super lovely room and great value for what we paid. It is run by a friendly and caring family. Walkable distance to the town centre. Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

They also have a share kitchen with basic amenities to do your own breakfast (including a fridge), and they offer as courtesy some bread, jam and fruits. There are also water refilling containers for you to refill your bottles. They offer shampoo and soap and towels. I didn’t use the pool but seems good. A/C and hot water in the shower They also include you a tiny map with a lot of useful information

The rooms are actually a sideline for the art gallery in front, but honestly, on their own, the rooms are beautifully appointed and chic, comfortable and cool, modern yet appreciative of the rich history and culture of the area. BOOKS! The staff was more than welcoming - owner Luca made me coffee and chatted like an old friend. The location also cannot be beaten - mere blocks away from the action, but you’ll hear roosters and the occasional dog, not buses and hawkers.
