The property offers two types of rooms: one with a balcony and one without balcony but an extended front view. During our extended stay, we had the opportunity to experience both. Both rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and featured king-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. The wooden chairs and tables added a charming touch, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was the host, Susantha. He is a genuinely kind and helpful person, always eager to assist with any needs. Beyond that, he’s an excellent cook! I highly recommend trying both breakfast and dinner—he’s happy to customize dishes to suit your preferences. Conveniently, there’s a grocery store right outside the property, along with a few nearby cafés. For even more options, the main market is just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away. If you enjoy outdoor activities, there are also several hiking spots in the area.

Amazing place - this may be the best place I stay in Sri Lanka. It is not in city center but is a short tuk tuk ride away. The room is lovely, the bed huge and comfortable (best night sleep!) and the grounds are lovely (great for catching up on travel / life admin in a great setting). The food they served was fantastic. All in all I really loved my stay here and it the value for the cost was phenomenal.

The hosting familly was accommodating us really good, they gave us a ride and lots of valuable information about whole Šri lanka and little bit of its history. We enoyed that hosts were speaking perfectly in English. Breakfast was as goog as 5 star’s restaurant. The facilities, comfortability of the bed, shower, the view was perfect, better that we expected. Thank you again it was the place that you want to stay as long as possible.

The room is cozy, quiet , surrounded by greens. AC works fine. The owners are friendly and approachable. They recommend us things to do in Kandy as well as easy way to catch the train.

He made my experience as a solo traveler very enjoyable and took me to local places to eat and experience Kandy life as a true local. Karun’s endless kindness was so warming.
