Los huéspedes son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Nos ayudaron a la hora de planear nuestras visitas a Lion Rock (a cinco minutos de la casa) y a Pidurangala rock. La parcela está rodeada de vegetación, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y no hay ruido por las noches. El desayuno es tradicional y generoso. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable!

The room was simple, but clean and with A/C. WiFi was working fine as well Swimming pool after the day of hiking and sightseeing is exactly what was helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good as well. The personal was very helpful and supportive.

I stayed in one of the budget rooms, which were surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and quietly tucked away in the back garden; perfect for a calm night’s sleep. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was to die for. All home-cooked by the grandmother with so much love and flavour. The family was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us: sharing honest tips about what to visit in Anuradhapura, organising a half-day safari, and arranging transport with fair prices. But what makes this place truly special is their story. They started with just one room about 10 years ago and gradually grew to eleven, without ever raising their prices for food or accommodation. Hands down, this was the best quality stay and food I had in Sri Lanka so far.

Galkaduwa360 Villa está ubicado en Kandy y ofrece alojamiento con vistas a la ciudad, salón compartido, una terraza y un restaurante. El dueño es Súper amable , amistoso , informativo , incluso nos ayudó a conducir el tuk tuk hasta la colina . La habituación muy limpia , la cama cómoda , el baño amplio , una excelente vista , hay una zona común donde puedes utilizar la TV , cocina , lavadora e incluso en la azotea puedes disfrutar el amanecer/ atardecer .

Ubicado a 4,4 km de Real Jardín Botánico de Peradeniya, Kandy Food Lovers Home Stay by AGS ofrece un jardín, salón compartido y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, terraza y wifi gratis. Amazing place - this may be the best place I stay in Sri Lanka. It is not in city center but is a short tuk tuk ride away. The room is lovely, the bed huge and comfortable (best night sleep!) and the grounds are lovely (great for catching up on travel / life admin in a great setting). The food they served was fantastic. All in all I really loved my stay here and it the value for the cost was phenomenal.

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with love and said, “Stay like your home and walk anywhere.” And honestly, we felt exactly that just like home. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and treated us like her own children. She even let us use her personal kitchen to cook our meals. She prepared a delicious homemade breakfast, beautifully presented and served with love. The place itself is very beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quiet moments. The atmosphere was calm and felt very safe. More than just a stay, this was a heartwarming experience. Aunty Thennakoon’s exceptional hospitality made it special. We had lovely conversations with her, just like with a close relative. And created memories we’ll never forget. Thank you so much, Aunty Thennakoon. We will always remember you with love. ❤️

Dew Ashi Homestay está ubicado en Sigiriya, a 5,9 km de Sigiriya Rock y a 9 km de Pidurangala Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, un jardín con una terraza y acceso a una pileta cubierta. Very friendly owners! They make you feel welcome right away. They suggested several activities in the area and arranged a tuktuk for us. They were ready to answer questions and help out at any time and made sure we were ok. Breakfast is great and varies every day with local dishes. Swimming pool is very nice to relax after a hot day.
