Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Kampot Train Station is 20 km from the guest house and Teuk Chhou Rapids is 29 km away. The bungalow is very cozy and we had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He allowed us to use his fridge and was very helpful with everything. We liked that it was not in the crowded city center.

The villa is spectacular it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever lay on! The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.

Watching the birds and the squirrel in the trees every day was lovely, and being able to eat mangoes straight off the tree was a treat! The gardens are beautiful with lots of birds and surrounding wildlife. The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.
