We wish we spoke better Japanese so we could have talked more. They were such interesting people.

The room literally has everything you need. Private scenic view from the bath and the room. Very peaceful countryside. Had a really good sleep. The host was friendly and welcoming.

The staff is super nice and offered to drive me from and back to the station. The breakfast is an amazing japanese breakfast with varying dishes from day to day. The location was very unique and I enjoyed waking up in a temple, however some might prefer being closer to the public transfer. The walk down and up is amazing though. I recommend to stay here warmly.

Minpaku Jaito-民泊じゃいと-Homestay in Traditional House, ubicado en Amakusamachi, en la región de Kumamoto, cerca de Playa Hondo, tiene alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis. All in all a perfekt stay. Especially the hosts were really great. On my leaving day they had a trip planed into the same direction I was heading. Not only did they bring me to the harbor, we also had a little sightseeing tour on the way :)

We were slightly sceptical about this place as it only had two reviews, but we are so glad we booked. This was a great guesthouse with traditional Japanese rooms in a gorgeous village. The host was incredibly helpful (even walking us to a local restaurant to make sure we got a space as everywhere was fully booked). We felt incredibly welcome, had comfy beds, a lovely room, and everything we needed.
