He upgraded our room upon arrival and was always there to help us with anything we needed. He even took our bags straight to the taxi when departing. This manager is super professional and didnt meet such a professional manager like him before.

Everything in acomodtion was clean and beds were super comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet, even though it's quite large. Especially it is peaceful during the night when the street is almost empty. Definitely, excellent value for money. Entrance to the apartments lobby is spacious enough and protected by metal shutter. For money spent you'll definitely get more than enough for a comfortable staying.

Very close to Milano Central Station (Airport, Inter City and Regional trains & Airport buses), walking distance to the very cool Isola neighbourhood, the arrival instructions were amazingly clear and the room was perfect with great air conditioning, mini fridge and a balcony that had a very private view. We locked ourselves out of our room by accident. The back up plan to help us get in was commendable and well thought out. That was impressive.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. It has a garden with children's playground and offers free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
