We came faster than we could chexk in, but they informed us that room is already ready.Everything was on point, in room there was water/coffee/tea and glasses. Very nice owners, Elza gave us glasses for a wine and Noda opened wine for us. Also showed us city.

This guesthouse was one of the reasons I wanted to go to Kutaisi and I was not wrong. Just starting in this amazing historical house and having conversation with the landlady was worth the travel. The house, as it is called, is really a museum filled with antiques from all over the world. The owner speaks very well English and presented us every object with its history, it was like a free guided tour inside. The garden is also adorable. It is very well located and we easily walked everywhere (and also bolt work very well if needed). As the big room was not booked, we had a free upgrade and felt like members of the royal family in that room. The bathroom just outside of the room was crystal clean and the kitchen too. Our 2 nights stay was like a time travel experience, we enjoyed a lot our stay thanks to the warm welcome and interesting conversations.

A good set of kitchen staff. A real and true bath in the room. And another important thing. The normal table. The table for normal work - that's why I choose this hotel.
