You are all truly special, and your warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. The place itself was spotless, well-kept, and beautifully located. Every detail was thoughtful and welcoming. The food was delicious and full of local flavor. We will truly miss this place and especially the incredible people who run it. Tai Evi 2 queda aproximadamente a 4 minutos a pie de White Sandy Beach y ofrece alojamiento con vista al mar y un jardín. El alojamiento cuenta con vista a la montaña. What a wonderful and memorable stay in a traditional Fijian village. We liked it so much that we ended up staying in Soso village for a month. Silo, Bill, Va, Rob, Simi, Luisa and Iki, we will never forget the great time we had with you. You took good care of us, prepared extra food for the children and helped us when they got sick. As for the village. The people are very friendly, with a lot of children, so our kids made friends instantly. The beach in front of the village is beautiful, with a nice healthy reef to snorkel and there are some nice hikes with spectacular views over all of the Tasawas. As there is no light pollution, stargazing is breathtaking and the manta ray passage is just around the corner. The accommodation is very basic with a bucket shower and no-flush-toilet, but the beds are comfortable and the food is great. Note that the water available is rain water, so if you want to go safe, bring your own bottled water (or aqua-tabs) from the mainland because there are no real shops on the island. Also, you should wear a Sulu (Sarong) around the village and in church, men too. And it’s expected that you bring a kava root (worth 20 FJ$) and/or some money to present to the chief of the village when you arrive.

Voyager Retreat Homestay está ubicado en Nanuya Lailai y ofrece alojamiento con vistas al mar, un jardín, zona de playa privada, salón compartido y una terraza. También tiene una heladera y pava. Great host who made us the most amazing food. He took great care of us and the place was just absolutely beautiful.

Latui Loft está ubicado en Savusavu y ofrece un jardín. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis. En la casa de huéspedes, cada habitación tiene balcón con vista a la montaña. Candida & Grant's generosity of spirit made my visit to Savusavu extra special.  Candida had a list of activity providers, and she helped make sure the activity was good based on weather, etc. The place was clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice assortment of welcome treats.  The environment is serene, and you're close to town. The terrace was lovely for all times of day, to enjoy a coffee or drink and take in the views and nature. The outdoor shower was a luxury that I didn't know I needed.   They offered rides whenever they were headed into town and made sure I was comfortable and shared deliious fresh fruit from the garden that came ripe while I was there. Sometimes, a host is more than just a host. Latui Loft is a gem.
