The owner is really helpful and open, it may be hard to communicate in english but it's not a bad thing. It was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing! The location is also perfect, next to the shops and bars and not far from the bazar and the castle.

On our last day we did the check out and we were able to leave the car for a couple of hours on the parking lot. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Mira and Shpetim who owned this property offered me a warm welcome making me feel home. The room was very clean, spacious, a lot of natural light and well furnished. Mira and Shpetim assisted me what I had to know to explore the city. I plan to go back again the next year.

The accommodation was very close to the beach, there were shops nearby. They were also able to help with parking the motorbikes. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to this time because Vila 11 exceeded our expectations. The hotel is run by a family, and they really do their best for the guests. Breakfast was great and very personal. The staff remembered what my wife and I liked on the first morning, and the next day, they had it ready for us. Also, while many hotels try to charge a bit extra when helping with a taxi to the airport, here they actually found us a cheaper price than the lowest I could find myself. Overall, it was a great stay and I can recommend Vila 11 to anyone.
