This place is awesome! The two guys at the reception are super nice, always friendly and helpful and speak very good english. The owner is also very nice and even invited us to dinner once. The garden and the Pool are really gorgeous. Every detail is placed so thoughtful and it is just a beautiful location. We could have spend a few days just relaxing at the pool. The Restaurant is also very good, we loved the fish in honey (?) Sauce!

The family is very friendly and helps with tour and bus bookings. I enjoyed relaxing here in Can Tho. Room is clean, very spacious, air con is strong. Shower room is good as well, non-slip tiles, hot water. Cleaning, water and towels are replaced everyday

My friend Gina and I recently stayed at Farmer Homestay and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner - Bosa - was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Bosa’s wife - Phoenix - is an amazing cook, and we were lucky enough to enjoy her delicious, authentic dishes throughout our stay. Every meal was satisfying and left us eager to try more. The homestay itself, surrounded by nature, was comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed to feel at home. The warm welcome from Bosa and his family made us feel like we were part of the the family. Bosa organize boat tours that were truly informative and worth every penny. We learned so much about the culture, history, and customs of the region and came away with a new appreciation for the area we were visiting. Overall, I highly recommend this Homestay for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay, with amazing food and informative tours. Thank you Bosa and Phoenix for such a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back.

Amazing place, amazing owner, amazing staff. That's all what we can say. We felt at home, warmly welcomed. Food was amazing too. Tuan is a great host who will help you as much as he can and even beyond. Rooms are very clean and big. The swimming pool is so relaxing with the Jacuzzi included. Biking around is relaxing. Sunset tour is worth it (Relaxing boat tour) and the Early Floating Market tour is truly impressive thanks to TUAN especially when you go to the land market and Tuan buys all what you would like to eat it in the evening. Ms Ha is one of the most wonderfull hosts you could wish for. The 4 am tour on the Mekong Delta she organises is so nice! You go places you would never visit as a tourist. Besides that, she makes sure you're not hungry or thirsty once! This tour was really a highlight for us during our trip. The room was sober but okay. Location is also fine! She's really a sweet heart and a hard working lady.

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

Jimmy and his family are super nice! They welcomed us very warmly into their home, which is cosy and convenient as it is just a grab 9 km away from Can Tho city and yet out of the urban chaos. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean with all amenities (including air conditioner and ventilator). The private balcony is so nice, he also has a very big balcony for BBQ together, super nice. Jimmy, as manager of Mekong Experience, organised a nice half-day tour for us, which included a wander around one of the floating markets, a visit to a family-run noodle factory, and then a boat ridealong the river of the Spring Forest where there was plenty of birds of different species, and the rice harvest was in progress. Perhaps the pace of the different activities was a bit tight but overall it was a really good experience, not least because Jimmy was really dedicated (before, after and during the tour) to make us eat typical dishes in non-touristy places, which is something we really appreciate! The best place was a little diner in the middle of the countryside, where we arrived by bike, again thanks to Jimmy who arranged the bike rental for us and gave us directions to this family-run niche along the river.     Lovely property. It was very clean, the host, Tuan, was lovely and accomodating and the area was very cool. It was so great to be able to see how the locals live along the Meekong and such a unique experience to have in Vietnam. The food cooked by Tuan and the home stay was a highlight!     Our 1 week stay at Farmer Homestay was the absolute highlight of our 11 weeks in Vietnam from mid December 2023 until end of February 2024. We were lucky and honored to be able to spend Tet Holiday with the host family and loved every minute of it - we have made friends for life ❤️

    This is a lovely place with a lovely host family. The market tour is very good, especially the part on land. In the evening you cook what you told Tuan to buy in the morning. Lots of delicious food, lots of things we never saw! A very comfortable pool. We were there on Christmas and Tuan ordered a Caraoke machine. We had lots of fun!

    This homestay is really homey and has very pleasant decoration! The family is very peaceful and the host helped me so much booking buses and everything I wanted to do, and finding good food. I felt very much at home here. The homestay is in a quiet area but you can bike anywhere with the free bikes they lend you. Thanks so much for having me and being great hosts!!! <3
