Great home stay with huge 5 star rooms. Great host (Nita) that lets you get on with what you're doing but will help if needed. You have to want to be in a quiet area and either like walking or have a car, or take taxis--to go a little further out. A great base between Hua Hin and Pranburi when going out daily in a car.

Amazing location with a really gorgeous peaceful beach. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Lovely terrace and nice pool.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Hua Hin, Warm White Hua Hin House is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

The attention to detail from the moment you walked in. We were provided with refreshments and slippers, and the couple just couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was absolutely outstanding. This is a standard that other hostels should aspire to meet. We really enjoyed our time at Baan Mahasamut and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and natural getaway. We extended our stay twice 😂 and appreciated exploring Pranburi for 15 days. The rooms are nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and the pool with a Mountain View is definitely a highlight. Som, Peter, and Theo are really cool! Thank you for hosting us.
