I enjoyed my stay at nalinda's. A warm welcome from his family, food is very good, bed was comfy. It is an ideal place to rest after stage 2. Also, Nalinda is a tourist guide and tour operator, so you can learn a lot from him and ask him to show you his region.

A nice big room with a comfortable bed and views out over the outskirts of the town and onto the tea plantations. There's also a common area with sofa and dining table. Breakfast that was included in the room price was good typical Sri Lankan. I also had an evening meal on both nights which was ok and saved me going into town but wasn't great if I'm honest. Location is around 15 minutes walk to Lovers Leap waterfall. And there's a bus stop a few minutes walk away where buses are every few minutes and cost 35 rupees in to the town centre.

Best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Sanjaya and his family are so friendly and service minded. He picked us up at the train station and spent the day showing us some great places, including a tea factory. They also offered us dinner, which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, it’s really a cozy heaven. Thank you for having us!

This is a very welcoming place. The owner is really good and took a really good care of their guests! Keep asking if i have problems or not. That’s really nice! Ordered fish curry for dinner and it was really delicious and for that portion, the price is pretty cheap. They can arrange pickup from the train station. The room is really spacious for family up to 5 people! I was alone so i got all the 3 queen beds for myself lol the famous lover’s leap waterfall located just less than 2km from the house. I really recommend this stay!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We felt very welcome since the our arrival by the very nice staff. We room was big enough, clean and well equiped. We definitely recommend this place to stay in this city!

Excellent location a bit outside of all the trouble in Kandy. The outdoor shower was awesome! The host and his wife were really attentive and helpful. Also the food at their site was awesome, you should not miss it! 10/10 would book again.
