It is a very traditional Japanese house, and it was a great honor to watch the Start of Spring event held by the owner. The owner of the household was very enthusiastic to recommend the local very delicious restaurant and reminded the air conditioning on cold days. Wish the householder a prosperous business

The lady who runs this accommodation was so so lovely and accommodating. Rooms and communal areas were very clean. Bathroom was full sized and inclusive of the basics. Great location with main bus stop right out front. Comfy beds.

Only 3 rooms in this base, and we stayed in the loft room equipped with a toilet inside. We enjoyed the vinyl record player with nice records. On the ground floor, there is an open tatami room at the lobby, along with 2 shared bathrooms, a laundry room and a water dispenser. You can also get a taste of the latest Dyson's hairdryers here! 😆 Both the room itself and the public areas are amazing, with the coziest vibe I've ever experienced from any accommodation. They even provided cute and useful daytime and nighttime maps, so considerate! A charming choice that you shouldn't miss in Odawara. ❤️

Everything! Super clean, super cosy, and very comfortable. Me and my friend loved the bathroom and kitchen, especially the beautiful cups and teapots that are free to use by guests. We were also invited to eat a watermelon upon arrival, and who can say no to a tasty, local grown watermelon? Fantastic!

The location is great, near bus line K, and several onsensand restaurants. Walking distance from/to station (be aware of the steep hill). Reception team are very helpful, I booked the onsen with them for 500 yen, and it was great. The personal space is comfortable, the locker is big, and the shared space is well maintained and cleaned. I didn't use the kitchen or bar, but they looked cozy.

Awesome place to stay at during your trip to Hakone! The Irori dinner (absolutely do book this!) was a fun experience and we enjoyed meeting other travellers. The staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. Our cozy little attic bedroom was clean and very comfy to sleep in despite the cold autumn weather <3 The shared facilities were clean and the common area nice and lively!
